Ontario is a no-fault province. Meaning, in the event of an collision, your insurance provider will handle your claim, regardless of which driver is found at fault.

Outside of our regular office hours, please report the claim directly to your insurance company. Your insurance company’s name is on your pink liability slip or on your property insurance policy.
